Cancellations and Adjustments

It’s very important to know that when you cancel last minute without enough notice to fill your appointment slot, I lose all opportunity to fill that time, and any clients hoping to get in sooner miss out on their chance of receiving services. Out of respect for myself, my business, and other clients - all appointments are subject to the following terms:

  • Minimum $50 non-refundable deposit is always required to book a new appointment. This is good for ONE (1) reschedule so long as it is requested no less than 48 hours in advance. This deposit is applied to your service.

  • If you need to reschedule more than once, your deposit will be forfeited and in order to schedule again you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit.

  • Less than 48 hours notice is considered a “Late cancellation” and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and a charge of 50% of the services scheduled.

  • If you simply do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will then be considered a “No Show” and any deposits will be forfeited and your card on file will be charged 80% of the services scheduled.

  • Late arrivals (excessive tardiness or habitual tardiness) will now be charged $25-$50 as a fee, if the services can still be rendered that day. You will be considered a no-show if you are late enough that services cannot be rendered.

  • Any concerns for adjustments to your hair need to be communicated within 72 hours after the appointment.

  • Refunds are never given, including for extensions.
